Shipping Policy

For any collaborations, or bespoke furniture products, there will be a longer delivery time as these are despatched via specialist courier direct from the manufacturer. Please refer to delivery times on the product pages. 

Current Delivery for Stock Items 

£3.50 UK Standard Royal Mail (2-3 Business Days)

£4.50 UK First Class Royal Mail (1-2 Business Days)

£7.95 UK Next Day DPD Delivery (Next Day if ordered before 4pm) 

Delivery Address 

Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you specify when you order. We cannot take responsibility if this address is incorrect. If products are returned to us as undeliverable either because of an incorrect address or because of customer failure to contact the courier company or collect the goods from the depot where requested, we will refund the price of the products less delivery chargers incurred by us in sending out the goods plus any additional costs charged to us by the courier company for returning the goods to us. 

We ask for a phone number at checkout which is passed to the courier, should they have trouble finding your address and need to contact you. You can add to an order if it has not yet been shipped by emailing us at info@houseofthree.co.uk 

VAT - UK

Under UK VAT Law, VAT is due on all sales to private individuals where the goods will be taken to or delivered to an address within the UK. Our VAT Registration Number is 390627188 and our registered office address is 12 Gordon Place, West End, Woking, Surrey, GU24 9GH. 

Collaborations 

We are currently in the process of collaborating with furniture makers, in which the delivery charges will be significantly higher than those listed above. We will update our shipping policy with these costs as they become appropriate.
