Returns & Refunds Policy

We take pride in inspecting each item prior to shipping to ensure the quality of the goods, and want you to feel as much excitement over your purchase as we do. However, if you decide you would like to return your item, please request a return by emailing: info@houseofthree.co.uk

We don’t currently offer free returns, so goods will need to be returned at your own cost. Returned items must be received back to us within 28 days of delivery, and in resalable condition. 

All returns must be in unused, perfect condition and in original packaging where possible. Items must not have been partly or fully assembled. 

We suggest taking out additional postage insurance with your provider. Please retain proof of dispatch, as we cannot be held accountable for lost or damaged items during transit.

Please remember to repackage and return well before sending. Any returns received without protective packaging, broken or damaged will not be able to be refunded in full.

Made to Order Items 

Due to their bespoke nature, we are unable to offer returns or refunds on made-to-order products or furniture items. 

Faulty or Damaged Goods 

Although we do our very best to ensure that all items are quality checked, sometimes a product may be found to have a fault, or damaged in transit. 

If your item is damaged or faulty then please contact us as info@houseofthree.co.uk with photo evidence of the damage and when/where this occurred within 5 days of receipt or your order, either requesting a replacement or a refund.
